– Contribute to the project’s execution strategy and domain roadmap
– Establish critical Non-functional Requirements at the solution level
– Drive the definition and design of the solution and explore solution alternatives; analyse technical trade-offs, validate technology assumptions, and evaluate alternatives
– Define subsystems and their interfaces; allocate responsibilities to subsystems; understand solution deployment
– Coach IT developers to achieve maximum business value and solid, maintainable IT solution; supervise and foster Built-in Quality
– Facilitate maximum level of quality through early testing & test automation
